Custom Processing

Custom processing of our beef in quarter, half, or whole beef units are also available.   You let us know what you want, then we have the beef cut/packaged to your liking.  Most custom processing times are 2-4 weeks, to allow the proper aging time of the carcass, then your order can be shipped to you or picked up at our location.  For more information please contact our sales team.
